Austin Moon first created EcoVerse in June of 2022 as a way to harness AI in order to promote organizations and artists. Through the production of customized items, small businesses would be able to promote their brand and non-profits would be able to sell those items to fundraise for their goals. For our student artists, personally created original artworks would be posted on the site and 100% of the usage fee would be given to the artist in order to help their own artistic growth and exposure. In his own clubs at school, Austin realized that there was a large barrier for students to create small volume orders for items that could be used for their short-term fundraising goals and created EcoVerse as a way to solve that issue, later realizing that expanding the scope of EcoVerse's activities would allow for inclusion of much larger organizations and more student initiatives.

Receiving customized products truly legitimizes a club's identity. Austin's club was able to expand its own brand through making customized products from EcoVerse at prices much lower than offered by larger, more established companies. Ensuring that the cost remained low for even small batch orders allowed for participation in a larger number of activities that would normally be deemed too small at larger companies. We make cups, t-shirts, baseball caps, USB drives, stickers, keychains, magnets, pens, and a lot more, raising awareness for small businesses, student-led groups, and established non-profits.

Initially, while EcoVerse began as a way to increase exposure for both artists and organizations through the use of AI-generated images, we've expanded the number of high quality items, the number of free templates for a larger number of environmental and social causes, and worked to help new artists find their first audiences, all at a cost significantly lower than offered by much larger, more established companies. Looking towards the future, we hope to assist in the realization of even more goals.

With the dawn of new AI art technology, Ecoverse sits at the intersection of supporting businesses and AI art. We pride ourselves in engaging with students and small businesses looking to fundraise for their beliefs and goals, who may not know where to look for support. From student clubs looking to fundraise for animal shelters or non-profits advocating for the climate, Ecoverse is a platform for individuals to express their idea.
